Step 1: Online application. You will be prompted to select one of our 3 available packages, or to build your own package. Once you have selected a package or selected to build a package, you will be able to customize your order to suit your specific needs. After this has been done, you will be redirected to a link where you can capture and submit the company and director details. If you do not have al the details ready yet, you can save the form and continue at a later stage when you have all the correct details ready.

Step 2: Payment. As soon as you have customized and confirmed your order, our website notifies us that you have applied and we will send through an email with a quotation attached within a few minutes. The quotation will display the amount payable as well as our banking details and a link will also be included on the email directing you to the checkout page on which you will be able to process card payments. We accept the following payment methods: EFT’s, ATM cash deposits and online card payments and scan to pay payments.

Step 3: Information verification and finalization. As soon as we have received payment, or proof of payment, and the company & director information forms have been completed and submitted, we double check the information received and if we need any further information we will contact you. If we do not need any further information, we apply at CIPC for your company registration and we submit all the required information and documentation. The whole process gets finalized within 24 hours.

Please note: in rare instances, where your preferred name does not meet CIPC’s approval, the name reservation step might take a bit longer, however we will communicate with you with regards to the name reservation before lodging the application if we pick up similar names on the CIPC (companies registrar) database, as to ensure the process is finalized within set timeframe.

Supply us with up to 4 unique names, in the order of your preference and CIPC will test the names in sequential order against their database of registered entity names. The first available name on the list will be reserved for you to use.

Although name reservations are not legally required, we suggest you do apply for a name reservation, as companies that does not file a name reservation gets an enterprise number + the words (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. For example, if you register a PTY Ltd without the name reservation, the official company name will be “K2017302651 (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd” (example).

Regarding name reservation applications: the minimum allowed is 1 name, and the maximum allowed is 4 names. Try to submit up to 4 names with each application, as it will save you time if an application gets rejected due to disallowed names.
